In the last four years, 247 passengers were kept in the ‘no fly’ list, while in 2023, a maximum of 108 passengers were stopped from flying by various airlines due to rude behaviour. Aviation regulator DGCA has framed Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR) to deal with unlawful/disruptive behavior of passengers on board aircraft.
