New Delhi: A team of officers traveled 107 kilometers to facilitate voting by a 100-year-old elderly person through postal ballot, establishing a polling center at his residence.

New Delhi. “Every vote counts in a democracy,” the Election Commission understands this well and consistently strives in this direction. Once again, the Commission has proven that it is ready to overcome any challenging situation to reach every vote. On Wednesday, the Commission’s team embarked on a challenging journey of 107 kilometers to ensure that 100-year-old voter Kishtayya Madarboyna could cast his vote at his home.
