In the violence-hit Thongju and Khongman zones of Imphal, Manipur, some women have alleged irregularities during voting in the Lok Sabha Election 2024. The former district magistrate of Imphal East said that after allegations of irregularities and disruption by some women, voting was halted. He further stated that the polling officer has shut down the polling station.
