Additionally, there is information that the underground chamber may also be opened today. This marks the fifth day of the ASI survey within the premises of the Knowledge-Yielding Complex, where strict security arrangements have been established outside.

The ASI survey team is now working within the precincts of the Gyanvapi Mosque in Varanasi. Regarding this, Sudhir Tripathi, the advocate representing the Hindu side, stated, “The survey began at 8 AM today… It appears that the survey of the dome is complete. The dome’s survey work is now finished, and the survey of the ‘underground chamber’ is also underway. Photography and videography are not possible without removing the debris…”

Today, the Underground Chamber May Be Revealed

Rekha Pathak, the petitioner’s advocate from the Hindu side, revealed that “Today, the ‘underground chamber’ may be revealed… We are very enthusiastic about the survey. Our routine now involves waking up in the morning and going on duty. Our task is to monitor. The survey will start at 8 AM and continue until 5 PM.”

Vishnu Shankar, an advocate representing the temple side, stated, “The ASI team is meticulously surveying the Knowledge-Yielding Complex. The surveying team is examining evidence at every location. This is quite different from the Commissioner of Advocates’ activities. It will take time for the survey to conclude. It is not appropriate to expect new revelations every day. Once the survey is complete, the report will be presented to the court. We should all await the report of this survey.”
