“The DMK government went up to the Supreme Court to fight this case. Now, based on the commission’s request, the time to submit a report has been extended,” chief minister Stalin said. The demand for grants for the department of Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare was taken up for discussion on Thursday in the on-going assembly.
