ISRO told that the countdown for the launch of Chandrayaan 3 is going on at the Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota. Refueling of L110 stage (Liquid Engine) is complete. Refueling of the C25 stage (cryogenic engine) is commencing.
Chandrayaan 3 Journey: Will reach Earth’s outer orbit in 16 minutes
After the start of the cryogenic engine, the speed of the rocket will be 36,968 km per hour. After 16 minutes of launching, it will be established in the Earth’s orbit and will gradually increase its orbit and enter the Moon’s orbit.
When the rocket booster will be launched at 2.35 pm, its initial speed will be 1627 km per hour. After 108 seconds of launch, its liquid engine will start at an altitude of 45 km and the speed of the rocket will be 6437 km per hour. On reaching a height of 62 km in the sky, both the boosters will separate from the rocket and the speed of the rocket will reach 7 thousand km per hour.
