Rukhsana was related to actress Begum Para, who appeared to be Amrita’s great aunt, and her husband Nasir Khan, brother of late actor Dilip Kumar, and actor Ayub Khan, Begum Para’s son. In this way Ayub Khan also appeared to be his uncle.
