Lucknow: A youth was booked for entering the secretariat in Hazartganj without a proper entry card and for uploading the photo of the office of minister of Ayush and Food Security, Dayashanker Mishra Dayalu around 5 pm on August 9. The case was registered on the complaint of Reserve Inspector, Manik Chandra.
He said the accused, who identified himself as Chandan Kumar Singh, uploaded the photos he clicked on his facebook account. “During interrogation, he named himself as Chandan Kumar Singh of Ghazipur district but his name was found written as Subhash Yadav in the voter id recovered from him,” he said.
The complainant said the phone recovered from the miscreant had photos of the office of the minister where he visited without a proper entry pass. “He uploaded the photos of the office of the minister with an aim to gain popularity,” the police said. A case under relevant sections of the IPC was registered.
