The company has confirmed this in an exchange filing. Aptech said in a statement, “The company regrets to inform about the sad demise of Dr. Anil Pant, Managing Director and CEO of the company on Tuesday (August 15, 2023).” The filing said that Aptech “Dr Pant’s contribution and energy will be sorely missed by the company. All directors and employees of the company extend their deepest condolences to his family,” the statement said.
