Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday welcomed Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), to India and addressed him as ‘Tulsi Bhai’.
Tedros has reached Gandhinagar to attend the WHO Global Summit on Traditional Medicine to be held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
