The film’s producer Kuku Mohanka says, ‘Yatris is such a heart-warming story that will remind one of the cinema of Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s era. My only aim in coming into the film business has been to talk about our culture and family values through my films.Actor Anurag Malhan, playing a special character in the film says, ‘A film that draws inspiration from childhood memories of family trips. I consider myself lucky that in this film I got the opportunity to work with veteran actors of Hindi cinema like Raghuveer Yadav and Seema Pahwa. In this film, along with the emotional journey of a middle-class family, some such aspects of their lives have been shown, making the film very exciting.
