Sacred Celebration: Lord Krishna’s Janmashtami was celebrated at Mathura’s Thakur Keshav Dev Temple on 06.09.2023, while in all other temples, including Banke Bihari Temple, it will be observed on 07.09.2023. The temple priests mentioned that here, the tradition is to celebrate this festival one day in advance. The temple reverberated with music, dances, and rituals as devotees joyfully witnessed these divine moments. They offered various offerings to Lord Krishna, and the celebration concluded with the distribution of prasad.
