In Sambhal district, Uttar Pradesh, an accident occurred at Chandosi Railway Station’s platform. A passenger shed, which was suddenly overcrowded, collapsed, injuring two passengers severely. According to the Station Superintendent Harbhajan Singh, the shed collapsed due to the weight of the crowd gathered underneath it. The injured passengers, a father and son, are residents of Islam Nagar Police Station in Raja Badayun Janpad, and they had come to the station to catch a train to Haryana for work. The accident occurred due to the sudden rush of people under the shed, causing it to collapse.
