Congress officials claim that Mallikarjun Kharge is being planned to contest elections from UP to target Dalit votes. Even if Mayawati joins the India alliance, Congress will not change its decision. The new Chief of Congress in UP, Ajay Rai, while talking to the media on Monday, said that to oust BJP from power, it is necessary that all the parties have only one candidate against the NDA.
