Police Superintendent CBI ACB Lucknow had written in a letter that K.S. Joshi, the Chief Material Manager of North Eastern Railways, was demanding a bribe of seven lakh rupees from him. Upon refusal to pay the amount, he threatened to cancel the firm’s registration on the e-portal. His firm had won a tender for the supply of three trucks for the Store Depot in Gorakhpur.
