In Jhansi : This afternoon, police brought prisoners to the railway court, where three of them managed to escape, eluding the police. These three accused, who were detained at the police station for theft, were supposed to be presented in court today. With heavy security, the police were taking the prisoners to appear before the magistrate in the railway court.
