LDA Flats – Mahesh filed a case in the State Consumer Commission. Commission Chairman Justice Ashok Kumar and member Vikas Saxena heard both sides. The commission found that the consumer had deposited an excess amount beyond the flat’s actual cost, and imposing a penalty on it was inappropriate. An order was issued to hand over possession of the flat within one month, addressing all deficiencies.
