The first meeting of the Prison Development Board, established with the aim of rehabilitating prisoners and making them self-reliant while improving the condition of the state’s prisons, will take place in October. The meeting will be chaired by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and will focus on discussions related to the improvement of prisoners’ conditions.
