Jhansi News: While virtually addressing the 28th convocation of Bundelkhand University (BNU), Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, on Saturday, Chancellor and Governor of Uttar Pradesh Anandiben Patel said that with the knowledge and skills of the youth, India will play a leading role in global leadership. A total of 61854 degrees were awarded in the convocation ceremony held at the Gandhi Auditorium of the University and a total of 100 research degrees were awarded to research students. All these titles were uploaded to DigiLocker. 34 Chancellor’s Medals were awarded to meritorious students, which included 01 Gold Medal, 15 Silver Medals and 18 Bronze Medals. 47 other medals were also awarded at the ceremony. Senior space scientist Nilesh Desai was also awarded the honorary degree of DSC in the convocation ceremony chaired by Chancellor Anandiben Patel.
