Telangana Legislative Council member Kasireddy Narayana Reddy, who recently resigned from the ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS

has officially joined the Congress in New Delhi. The joining ceremony took place in the presence of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.

Thakur Balaji Singh, another senior leader from BRS, also joined the Congress alongside Kasireddy Narayana Reddy. Both leaders acquired party membership, accompanied by numerous local party leaders and workers.

The Congress announced this significant development on their social media platform, sharing images of the two leaders joining the party. The party statement read, “Today, in the presence of Congress President Shri @Kharge, BRS leaders Shri Kasireddy Narayana Reddy & Shri Thakur Balaji Singh, along with 100 current and former elected representatives from the Kalwakurthy Assembly Constituency, Telangana join the Congress Party.”
