SC Case on Abdullah Azam Khan: The Supreme Court has rejected interim relief to Abdullah Khan in a case. The former legislator had filed a petition in the Supreme Court requesting the Uttar Pradesh trial court to refrain from making any judgment against him until the claims of his being a minor are confirmed.
