Dr. Nilesh Anand Bharane explained that due to the rain, we have issued instructions to halt traffic in the mountains after 8 PM. He stated that because of the rain, roads become blocked, and people get stranded.
Uttarakhand: Due to heavy rainfall, night-time traffic on all mountain roads in the Kumaon region has been suspended.
