In Kolkata, the High Court has dismissed the petition seeking permission to file a preliminary report against opposition leader Soumendu Adhikari. Justice Jay Sen Gupta stated on Thursday that the language used by the opposition leader on that day was not derogatory to anyone. On the other hand, the High Court has instructed Soumendu to cooperate with the investigation.
