In Washington, on October 20, an official from the U.S. Department of State has resigned due to “policy disagreements related to ongoing lethal aid to Israel.” In a LinkedIn post on Wednesday, Josh Paul, who described himself as a former director of the department, said, “Today I informed my colleagues that I have resigned from the Department of State due to policy disagreements related to ongoing lethal aid to Israel.”
