In an ongoing case registered during the 2022 elections, Mau MLA Abbas Ansari’s court appearance through video conferencing was confirmed, while the other four defendants failed to appear. The Mau MLAL court issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against all four defendants. The court has scheduled the next hearing for November 6th after the presentation.”
