Delhi High Court Justice Manmohan said on Wednesday that the issues on which the central and state governments have to take decisions are not being resolved and everything is being left to the courts.
Justice Manmohan said that a large number of PILs are coming to the courts which should not be within the jurisdiction of the judiciary but the courts have to grapple with them because there is no other solution and no citizen can be left without a solution.
