Students with four-year undergraduate (UG) degree can be allowed to pursue one-year postgraduate (PG) studies and all PG students can study offline, distance, online along with changing the subjects. Or can choose alternative methods like hybrid (mixed). This proposal has been made in the draft University Grants Commission (UGC) norms on postgraduate courses.
