Uttar Pradesh and Bihar have started replacing Kerala in providing skill-based (blue collar) workforce in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). This information has been given in a report released on Friday.
According to a report by ‘Hunter’, a labor providing platform, there has been a significant change in migration trends in the last decade and a 90 percent decline has been seen in the number of workers moving from Kerala to West-Asia countries.
