27 companies including Dell, HP, Foxconn, Lenovo were approved under the new IT Production Linked Incentive Scheme (PLI) scheme. This information has been given by Electronics and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav. India is wooing IT hardware companies through incentive schemes and motivating them to invest. The Indian government is preparing to establish the country as a global hub for high-tech manufacturing.
