Mohammad Naushad, a man from Bengaluru, had planned to travel the world after his retirement.
He had arrived in Samarkand as a tourist a year ago and his quest for morning masala tea and paranthas inspired him to settle in Samarkand, Uzbekistan’s second largest city, and open the only Indian restaurant here.
