This morning, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami arrived in Pantnagar. Upon reaching Pantnagar, CM Dhami inaugurated the General Bipin Rawat Building. Following this, the CM will inaugurate the newly constructed General Bipin Rawat Hostel at Pantnagar University.
