Bhubaneswar: On Monday, debunking various speculations and amidst the ongoing political maneuvering in Odisha, V. Karthikeyan Pandian, a former senior IAS officer, formally joined the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) as the 5th and new Odisha President.
Bhubaneswar: Joined as the Secretary of Five Ts and the new Odisha President of the Biju Janata Dal, V. K. Pandian received blessings from the Chief Minister.
