Lucknow: Street lights in many areas of the city remain off, still closed since the CM’s reprimand. Despite a maintenance fund, Chief Engineer and AE in the Road Lighting Department are unaffected. Darkness on roads in Municipal Zones 3 and 7 is leading to accidents.
