Ravi Uppal has been taken into custody in Dubai: Based on the Enforcement Directorate’s order and the Interpol’s red notice, local police in Dubai arrested one of the two main owners of the Mahadev online betting app. Indian agencies are in contact with UAE authorities. Ravi is an accomplice of the main accused, Saurav Chandrakar, in the Mahadev app case.
