Traveling on the Yamuna Expressway may become more expensive once again, with the possibility of an increase in toll rates for the third consecutive year. The proposal for an increase in toll taxes has been presented to the Yamuna Authority. However, the decision on the toll rate hike will be made during the board meeting of the authority, chaired by Chief Secretary and Industrial Development Principal Secretary Anil Sagar, scheduled for December 18.
