Women’s Reservation Bill 2023: The NFIW has challenged the provisions for reservation of women in electoral constituencies, urging the Supreme Court, led by Justice Sanjeev Khanna, to address the issue swiftly. The matter was listed before a bench headed by Justice Sanjeev Khanna, which tagged it with another petition related to the same issue on Friday. The petitioner has urged the court to declare Article 334A of the Women’s Reservation Bill 2023 unconstitutional.
