Muzaffarpur: Kumar Mukesh, also known as Mukesh Ojha (45), was shot dead on Tuesday night in the Khagaria area of Sadar police station. He was a resident of the Khagaria area. City SP Avadhesh Saroj Dixit, ASP Bhanu Pratap Singh, and the local police reached the scene after receiving information and initiated an investigation.
