The rainfall in the Devbhoomi Himachal Pradesh during the five days of February has brought relief from the dry conditions experienced in January and December. The precipitation during the five days of February has been 72% to 1341% above normal. As a result, the recorded rainfall in seven districts for the months of January and February exceeds the designated normal rainfall by 5% to 39%.
