Bhagalpur University: Aspirant Sudarshan Kumar had complained to the Raj Bhavan that there was manipulation in the appointment. The reservation roster was not followed. The OSD Legal of Raj Bhavan has sent a letter to the Vice-Chancellor, asking for a report within three days. Sudarshan Kumar had complained that the university did not provide information about the number of seats in each department. The advertisement for the reinstatement was also not issued properly.
