The Sarsanghchalak is appointed by the Sarsanchalak himself. Sarkaryavah is not appointed, he is elected. All India Representative Assembly of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has been convened in Nagpur on 15,16,17 March, in which RSS will select the new Sar Karyavah, the process of which the Sangh is going through.
