The political turmoil in Himachal Pradesh seems to be ending. Congress central observer D.K. Shivakumar announced on Thursday that all differences have been resolved. However, the Speaker of the Assembly has disqualified six rebel Congress MLAs for their absence in the House during voting on the budget.
