Nepal’s Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ reshuffled the cabinet ending the fifteen-year-old partnership with Nepali Congress. Prachanda formed a new alliance with UML. After which three ministers took the oath of office and secrecy on Monday.
