PM Modi gave a significant gift to the nation on Wednesday. Modi dedicated the underwater metro running beneath the Hooghly River in Kolkata to the nation. Two tunnels have been constructed under the water for the operation of the metro. The metro will run in these tunnels, which are 520 meters long under the water. These tunnels are part of the Howrah Maidan-Esplanade underground metro section.
