The Supreme Court listed Shiv Sena (Yuva Sena) supremo Uddhav Thackeray’s petition for the second week of April on Thursday. The apex court has also directed the respondents to file their responses by April 1 or earlier. It is worth mentioning that Uddhav Thackeray had challenged Maharashtra Assembly Speaker Rahul Narwekar’s refusal to disqualify members of the Shinde group in the state assembly.
