The Supreme Court has asked for details of the process adopted to shortlist senior civil judges for appointment as additional district and sessions judges in the state as part of the promotion category from the Gujarat High Court registry on Friday. The Supreme Court has given time until April 28 to submit the response. The petition will now be heard on April 29.
