NATO Chief Jens Stoltenberg is currently on a visit to Ukraine. He told Ukraine on Monday that NATO alliance members have failed to fulfill their promise of providing military assistance in recent months. Stoltenberg, who arrived on Ukraine’s unannounced trip, held discussions with President Zelensky on the situation of the war. He will also address the Ukrainian parliament.
