Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who has always accorded the highest priority to public service, met people who had come from various districts of the state during the ‘Janata Darshan’ on Monday morning, heard their problems and assured the aggrieved persons of resolution.
An elderly man from Raebareli became emotional while narrating his distress, following which the Chief Minister immediately directed action against the culprits. He said, “Peace, prosperity and strong law and order are the identity of the new Uttar Pradesh, and those who obstruct them should be taught a lesson through legal means.”
On complaints regarding encroachment, he also directed the officials to ensure that the land is freed from encroachment and action is taken against the culprits.
The Chief Minister went to the people seated on chairs and enquired about their distress. He assured every aggrieved person that resolution of everyone’s problems would be ensured. During the ‘Janata Darshan’, the Chief Minister directed the officials present to pay sensitive attention to the problem of every aggrieved person and ensure its prompt, time-bound and transparent disposal.
An elderly man from Raebareli also reached the Janata Darshan. While showing the injuries on his body to the Chief Minister, his voice became choked with emotion. On this, when the Chief Minister enquired about the entire incident, he said that some people had attacked him without any reason. The accused believe that he lives somewhere outside. Taking advantage of this, the assailants lay in wait, beat him and snatched his money. The Chief Minister then directed the officials present to take the strictest possible action and initiate immediate action in the matter.
Some aggrieved persons also complained of forcible encroachment on their land. On this, the Chief Minister directed the officials that if any influential person has usurped the land of a poor person, strict legal action should be taken against him. The land must be freed from illegal or forcible encroachment.
The Chief Minister emphasised the time-bound disposal of revenue-related cases.
