The Odisha unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has said that it can field its candidates on all 147 assembly and 21 Lok Sabha seats in the state because of the pre-poll alliance in the state with the ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJP). His talks with BJD in Delhi remained inconclusive.
