The Ahmedabad Metropolitan Court has issued a second summons to Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister, Tejashwi Yadav, in a criminal defamation case on Friday (September 22). The court has sent this summons for the second time after it was discovered later that due to some confusion, Tejashwi Yadav was not served the first summons. According to the new summons, Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav is required to appear in court on October 13th.
