Late on Monday night, a clash erupted between two groups of students at Aligarh Muslim University. Both sides engaged in several rounds of firing, resulting in three students from the same group sustaining gunshot injuries. They were subsequently admitted to JN Medical College. This clash is believed to be related to the ongoing protests witnessed in recent days. The incident of firing occurred at two different locations within a span of one and a half hours, causing shock and concern throughout the AMU community. The police are actively investigating the entire incident.
